Senior Events
Welcome to the Senior Events page! Please follow the links on the left to learn about the different events for seniors, Class of 2020!
This year because of the COVID-19 emergency we won’t be able to graduate in the normal way. However, we want to make things as special as we possibly can for all our graduating students. On June 20 at 6:00 PM we’ll have a virtual graduation ceremony.
We will honor you as individuals and you’ll be part of a special communal experience on-line. We are focused on celebration, the sense of occasion, being with friends and recognizing your unique place in human history. The Class of 2020 will be forever immortalized!
Our wish is to create a memorable, uplifting moment for you.
How will you be recognized?
High School Graduation Clearance Form Submission
The completed HSI-Katy High School Graduation Clearance Form must be submitted through the Submission Form by Thursday, May 25, 2023.
The final transcript and high school diploma will NOT be awarded without completion of the clearance form.
It is the responsibility of the student to check with the Offices listed below and obtain a final clearance before leaving HSI-Katy.
Note: If there is a Hold placed on your record, no transcripts, no diploma, or no verification of degree may be awarded or processed. The record of the student is closed until the Hold is removed from the record of the student.
Senior Week
Date:
February 19th to February 21st
Tentative plan:
Kemah Boardwalk, Pleasure Pear, the Houston Museum District, and Six Flags Over Fiesta Texas
Additional Information:
Payments for Senior Week have been extended until January 31, for which the final payment date will be revealed in the upcoming weeks. It has not been decided whether students will be allowed to purchase trips day by day. Any additional updates about the trip will be shared as they arise.

What are Senior Dues?
Senior dues are fees that seniors are required to pay in order to fund events such as prom and graduation.
There are a series of packages that the dues come in which include different items, increasing in price with each additional item
There are also payment plans with a set of installments created to make paying for senior dues easier.
